1. Agreement

By accessing beaupierreconsulting.com or purchasing services from Beaupierre Consulting, you agree to these Terms of Service. By completing payment you confirm you have read and accepted them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

2. Definitions

"I" / "Me": Char, trading as Beaupierre Consulting. "Client": You, the individual or organisation engaging my services. "Service": AI advisory services, including AI Visibility Assessments (Pulse, Snapshot, Assessment, Blueprint), AI Alignment Checks, and associated reports, recommendations, and roadmaps. "Website": beaupierreconsulting.com

3. Nature of Services

I provide independent AI readiness and AI visibility advisory for founder-led service businesses.

What I provide: Free 15-minute Clarity Call (no obligation, scoping only). Free Strategy Session (scoped discussion before engagement). AI Visibility Pulse (£147). AI Visibility Snapshot (£497). AI Visibility Assessment (£1,500). AI Visibility Blueprint (£3,500). AI Alignment Check (£4,500, invitation-based).

What I do not provide (unless separately scoped and confirmed in writing): Implementation, content production, copywriting, or technical deployment. Website changes or ongoing monitoring. Monthly reporting or follow-up consultations. Software development or system integration. Legal, financial, or tax advice — you should consult qualified advisors for these.

4. What Is Included

Each service tier delivers the specific written report and deliverables listed on the service page at the time of purchase. The deliverables for your tier are confirmed in your intake confirmation. All reports are delivered in written format, not as spreadsheets or slide decks.

5. What Is Not Included

Unless separately scoped and confirmed in writing, services do not include implementation, content production, copywriting, technical deployment, website changes, ongoing monitoring, monthly reporting, or follow-up consultations beyond the agreed scope.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

These services assess and strengthen AI visibility foundations. They do not guarantee rankings, AI citations, AI recommendations, traffic increases, or enquiry increases. No provider can guarantee those outcomes.

Expected or potential impact statements within reports are directional indicators only. They do not constitute projections, guarantees, or predictions of specific business outcomes. Implementation success depends on your actions and on factors outside the scope of this assessment, including changes to AI platform behaviour after the date of assessment.

7. Competitor Observations

Where competitor observations are included (Assessment and Blueprint tiers), they are based on publicly available website and audit data at the time of assessment only. They do not constitute a comprehensive competitor analysis, a complete view of competitor strategy, or a prediction of competitor behaviour. Findings may not reflect recent changes to competitor websites or marketing activity.

8. Specialist Tickets

Where specialist tickets are included (Blueprint tier), they are written to brief standard based on AI visibility assessment findings. They must be reviewed by a qualified developer or relevant specialist before implementation. They do not account for platform-specific constraints, existing codebase dependencies, hosting environment, or factors outside the scope of this assessment. Implementation decisions remain the professional responsibility of the specialist carrying out the work.

9. Fees and Payment

Pricing: AI Visibility Pulse £147 paid in full at intake. AI Visibility Snapshot £497 paid in full at intake. AI Visibility Assessment £1,500 with £500 non-refundable deposit at intake, remaining balance invoiced before delivery. AI Visibility Blueprint £3,500 with £500 non-refundable deposit at intake, remaining balance invoiced before delivery. AI Alignment Check £4,500 paid in two equal instalments of £2,250. First instalment due on booking to secure your place. Second instalment due at least 24 hours before the engagement begins. Both instalments are non-refundable once the corresponding stage of work has commenced. Implementation work: where a client engages me to drive implementation arising from an Alignment Check or other engagement, this is scoped and priced separately. Implementation projects follow a milestone payment structure: one third on agreement, one third at an agreed milestone before work continues, and one third on delivery. The exact scope, deliverables, and payment schedule will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Payment terms: Fees are quoted upfront and are due as stated above. For paid consulting sessions, workshops, trainings, or keynotes: 50% is due on booking and 50% is due at least 24 hours before delivery. The second payment must be received before the session or event takes place. For project-based engagements, payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed. Late payment may incur interest at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate. I reserve the right to suspend or withhold delivery if payment is 7 or more days overdue. Travel expenses may be charged at cost where pre-agreed; virtual meetings carry no travel charge.

10. Deposits

Assessment and Blueprint tiers require a non-refundable deposit of £500 to secure your place and cover initial scoping work. The remaining balance is due before the completed report is delivered. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including where the project does not proceed.

The AI Alignment Check is a consulting engagement and follows a 50/50 payment structure: £2,250 on booking (non-refundable) and £2,250 due at least 24 hours before the engagement begins. Both payments are non-refundable once the corresponding stage of work has commenced. Exact deliverables and scope for each engagement will be confirmed in writing before the second payment is due.

Where implementation work is separately engaged, the following payment structure applies regardless of total project value: One third is due on written agreement of scope and before any implementation work begins. This payment is non-refundable. One third is due at the agreed milestone as defined in the written scope. Work will not continue beyond the milestone until this payment is received. One third is due on delivery of the agreed final deliverable. Delivery will not take place until this payment is received. No implementation work will commence without a signed or written scope agreement and receipt of the first payment. Payment schedules, milestones, and deliverables will be confirmed in writing for each implementation engagement before work begins.

11. Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable. Pulse and Snapshot are paid in full at intake and are non-refundable once work has commenced. Work commences when the intake form is submitted and payment is confirmed. All sales are final once work has begun.

12. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times begin from the point all required intake information and any agreed audit access has been received in full. Times stated on the service page are working day estimates. They may vary if intake information is incomplete, if additional clarification is required, or if factors outside my control cause delay. I will communicate any delays promptly.

13. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all business discussions, intake information, and report contents confidential, and not to disclose information to third parties except where legally required.

Client intake information and report contents are treated as confidential. I will not share your information with third parties except where required by law, or with service providers under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Exceptions: Information I am legally required to disclose (e.g. to tax authorities). Aggregated, anonymised data used in case studies (only with your written consent).

14. Intellectual Property

All recommendations, reports, and strategies I create are owned by you once payment has been made in full. You may use deliverables for your internal business purposes.

I retain the right to reference the work anonymously in case studies and portfolio materials, subject to your written consent. You retain full ownership of all information and data you provide. I use your input only to deliver the agreed service.

15. AI Tools in Service Delivery

I may use AI tools (including Claude and ChatGPT) to assist with analysis, synthesis, and drafting. You acknowledge that: AI-assisted outputs remain subject to my professional judgement and review. I am responsible for the accuracy and relevance of all final outputs. You should not rely solely on AI-generated outputs for critical decisions without seeking appropriate expert corroboration. Data shared with AI tools may be subject to those providers' terms; I ensure appropriate safeguards are applied.

16. Limitation of Liability

I provide services on an as-is advisory basis. To the extent permitted by law: My total liability is limited to the value of the service purchased. I do not accept liability for business decisions made on the basis of report findings. I do not accept liability for outcomes arising from implementation of recommendations. I do not accept liability for changes to AI platform behaviour after the date of assessment. I am not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including lost profits or business interruption.

This does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or wilful misconduct, or data breaches or breach of confidentiality.

17. Warranties

I warrant that I have the right and authority to provide these services, that services will be delivered with professional care and skill, and that I comply with applicable laws.

I do not warrant that recommendations will achieve desired outcomes, that third-party platforms or tools will perform as expected, or that business environments will remain stable.

18. Data and Privacy

I store your data securely in line with my Privacy Policy (beaupierreconsulting.com/privacy-policy). I do not use your data for marketing without your consent. You are responsible for ensuring you own or have permission to share all data and information you provide.

19. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify me against claims arising from your use of recommendations, from data or information you provide that infringes third-party rights, or from your breach of these Terms.

20. Independent Contractor Status

I am an independent contractor. Our engagement does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship. You are not authorised to bind me to agreements or represent me to third parties.

21. Termination

By Client: You may terminate a project with written notice. You remain liable for fees incurred up to the termination date. Any partially completed work will be invoiced proportionally.

By Me: I may terminate if you breach confidentiality, fail to pay invoices, or if the engagement becomes impossible or unlawful. Two weeks written notice will be provided where possible.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved through: Good faith negotiation (initial step). Mediation (if negotiation fails). English courts (final resolution, if necessary).

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any signed engagement agreement or intake confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between us and supersede all prior discussions or agreements.

24. Severability

If any clause is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be removed and the remaining terms will continue in full force.

25. Amendments

I may amend these Terms with 30 days written notice. Continued use of services after that period signifies acceptance of the amended Terms.

27. Service Scope by Tier

This section sets out, in full, what is included and excluded in each AI Visibility service tier. It supplements the general terms in Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 above. In the event of any conflict between this section and the service page, this section takes precedence. 27.5 Mandatory Framing: Specialist Tickets and Competitor Observations

Specialist tickets (Blueprint only): Every specialist ticket produced in a Blueprint report includes the following qualification note as a fixed field within the ticket: This ticket is written to brief standard based on AI visibility assessment findings. It is designed to be immediately actionable but must be reviewed by a qualified developer or relevant specialist before implementation. It does not account for platform-specific constraints, existing codebase dependencies, hosting environment, or factors outside the scope of this assessment. Implementation decisions remain the professional responsibility of the developer or specialist carrying out the work. This note appears in every ticket without exception. It may not be removed or waived.

Competitor observations (Assessment and Blueprint): Every Competitor Observations section in every report opens with the following statement: Competitor observations are based on publicly available website and audit data at the time of this assessment only. They do not constitute a comprehensive competitor analysis, a complete view of competitor strategy, or a prediction of competitor behaviour. Findings may not reflect recent changes to competitor websites or marketing activity.

27.6 Mandatory Framing: Recommendation Confidence Rating

The Recommendation Confidence Rating is included in every tier. Every report opens the Recommendation Confidence Rating section with the following statement: The Recommendation Confidence Rating reflects the strength of the current website's AI visibility foundations based on available evidence. It is an assessment of readiness, not a guarantee or prediction of AI recommendations, search rankings, traffic, or enquiries.

The rating is expressed as one of three levels. High Confidence: Based on current website evidence, AI systems are more likely to recommend this business than businesses with weaker visibility foundations. This reflects the strength of the foundations assessed, not a guarantee that recommendations will occur. Moderate Confidence: Based on current website evidence, AI systems may recommend this business in some searches but are unlikely to do so consistently. Specific gaps identified in the report are reducing recommendation likelihood. Low Confidence: Based on current website evidence, AI systems are unlikely to recommend this business ahead of better-documented alternatives. The gaps identified in the report are material and should be addressed as a priority.

The Recommendation Confidence Rating does not guarantee that AI systems will or will not recommend your business at any point in time. AI platform behaviour changes independently of any assessment or recommendation.

27.7 Mandatory Framing: Expected and Potential Business Impact

Every Expected Business Impact or Potential Business Impact section in every report opens with the following statement: The following indicators are directional only. They reflect what stronger AI visibility foundations may support over time, based on the findings in this report. They are not projections, guarantees, or predictions of specific outcomes including rankings, traffic, enquiries, revenue, or AI citations. Impact statements within reports describe potential directional improvements to visibility foundations only. They do not constitute quantified business projections unless specific data from your intake directly supports a quantified statement. Where a quantified statement appears, it is clearly labelled as client-supplied data and does not represent a Beaupierre projection.

27.8 What All Tiers Exclude

Unless separately scoped and confirmed in writing, no tier includes: Implementation of any recommendations. Content production, copywriting, or editing. Technical deployment or website development. Ongoing monitoring of AI visibility or search performance. Monthly or recurring reporting. Follow-up consultations beyond the agreed report scope. Guarantees of rankings, AI citations, AI recommendations, traffic increases, or enquiry increases. Platform-wide visibility testing across every AI system. Verification that AI platform behaviour will remain consistent after the date of assessment.

27.9 Master Disclaimer

These services assess and strengthen the website's AI visibility foundations and readiness, helping search engines, answer engines, and AI-powered platforms better understand, trust, extract from, and potentially reference the business. These services do not guarantee rankings, AI citations, AI recommendations, traffic increases, enquiry increases, or visibility in every AI platform. No provider can guarantee those outcomes.

The Recommendation Confidence Rating included in every report is an assessment of current website readiness based on available evidence. It is not a guarantee or prediction of AI recommendations, search rankings, traffic, or enquiries. Implementation, content production, technical deployment, ongoing monitoring, and monthly reporting are not included unless separately scoped. Specialist tickets produced at Blueprint level are written to brief standard and must be reviewed by a qualified specialist before implementation. Expected or potential business impact statements within reports are directional indicators only. They reflect what stronger AI visibility foundations may support over time. They are not projections, guarantees, or predictions of specific outcomes.
